Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead to oversee the development of our marketplace platform, Zukarte. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems while leading a team of developers. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

- Develop scalable frontend (React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) and backend (Node.js, Express, MongoDB) solutions.
- Build and maintain APIs for seamless data communication between services.
- Optimize performance, database queries, and server-side logic.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
3. Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to define features, requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
4. Problem-Solving & Innovation
